Condition matters more than postcode, but the area shapes the job. City-centre flats (M1 to M4) mean parking permits, concierge access and lift bookings, so timing needs more planning. Student lets around Fallowfield and Withington book out fast in June to September, and shared houses carry more kitchens-worth of cleaning per property.
