Manchester End of Tenancy Cleaning offers substantial one-off deep cleans for occupied and empty homes. We agree the rooms and priorities with you. Belongings and restricted access can make an occupied home take longer, even when its general condition is good.
Scope and extras
We agree a room-by-room scope before booking. Kitchen cleaning includes accessible worktops, cupboard fronts and interiors, the sink, taps and appliance exteriors. Emptying and replacing cupboard contents takes additional time and may increase the quote. In bathrooms, we focus on the bath or shower, toilet, basin, taps, tiles and accessible limescale. Across the agreed rooms, we cover the accessible surfaces, skirtings, internal windows, vacuuming and hard floors.
An occupied home in standard condition can take longer than an empty property. Clearing and replacing pantry contents, moving belongings and working around furniture all take time, in addition to bathroom descaling and kitchen degreasing. We plan the work around the actual property.
Appliance interiors are optional extras: a single oven starts from £55, a standard fridge/freezer from £25, and a large fridge/freezer from £35. Tell us the appliance sizes so they appear correctly in your quote. Carpet cleaning can be arranged through an independent specialist partner.
If the property needs cleaning after building work, has waste to remove or has specialist concerns such as mould, include photographs and details in your enquiry. We assess that work separately so the quote covers the right service.

Deep cleans use the same base starting prices as our end of tenancy service: studios from £155, 1 bedroom from £189, 2 bedrooms from £229, 3 bedrooms from £269, 4 bedrooms from £309, and 5 or more bedrooms from £359. Cupboard interiors, bathroom descaling and kitchen degreasing are included in the agreed rooms. Selected appliance interiors are added at their advertised starting prices. Condition, clearing and replacing contents, organising and restricted access can increase the time needed and the final quote.

Prepare your home
Empty them where possible, but tell us if you need help. Clearing a full cupboard or pantry and replacing everything takes additional time, which may increase the quote.
Manchester End of Tenancy Cleaning includes cupboard interiors in the agreed rooms. Fridge/freezer interiors are an optional extra, starting from £25 for a standard appliance. You do not need to stay for the clean once access and the work are agreed. We confirm how the team will get in and how the property will be secured afterwards. For a flat, include the floor, lift, parking and any concierge arrangements so arrival is straightforward.
