Terms of Service.

1. Booking and quotes

By requesting a quote or booking a service with Manchester End of Tenancy Cleaning, you agree to these Terms of Service. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. If the property is significantly larger, in worse condition or requires more work than described, we discuss and agree any additional work and charges with you before proceeding.

2. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the clean, by bank transfer or card payment. For larger jobs or commercial properties, we may agree alternative payment terms in advance.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice may incur a fee to cover scheduling costs.

4. Re-clean guarantee

Our end of tenancy, moving-in and one-off deep cleans include free re-clean support. Report cleaning below the agreed standard within 72 hours of completion and we arrange access to return and put it right, free. Our end of tenancy deposit-back guarantee is backed by this free re-clean. The guarantee covers the cleaning agreed for your booking.

Every job includes a timestamped photo record of the finished clean and an itemised receipt. We recommend keeping both, as they are the evidence deposit protection schemes ask for if a cleaning deduction is disputed.

5. Access and condition

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. We are not liable for damage or loss caused by undisclosed property conditions (e.g. faulty fixtures, hidden hazards).

6. Liability

We carry public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
